As  a retired 7th grade teacher and UT alumni, Terri decided to go into business to supplement her retirement. She tends to be organized and has found her second career managing the business!

Bringing an extensive background in screen printing, as well as experience in commercial and marketing design, Walt has design ideas and creativity that helps Highland design tees to stand out.

Upon returning to Knoxville with an ETSU bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Josh was given the opportunity to put that design knowledge to good use. His passion and attention to every detail shows in each design.
